Private Lessons

Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

We invite students who want one-on-one personalized lessons in dance to join us for a private lessons once a week in addition to our group class. This is a great way for students to curate a lesson plan that is fit for their specific needs. Whether you want to learn advanced dance moves or need help with executing difficult physical movements, our instructors are there to guide and motivate you.

Educational moments are tucked into every lesson. Our lessons will introduce each students to various professional ballroom techniques while also catering to their unique physical needs.

Our activities are designed to keep students engaged and on the tip of their toes — pun intended!

Learning through movement

Our goal is to not only to help move your body, but to also move your mind. While dancing is an incredibly fun activity for our students, it is also great for their health, sparking synapses in the brain that enhances cognitive functions and improves memory.
